im actually pulling for linklater but i wouldn’t be mad with either of those

 

Linklater and Lee would be the two I'd be super stoked about, but none of the ones left I'd hate

 

Last Action Hero was a big movie for me growing up and sparked my love for all things meta. I think it helped me be savvy enough at probably way too young of an age to appreciate and understand what movies like Wes Craven's New Nightmare and Scream were doing a couple years later.

 

Rick is mounting a comeback against Spike.

Just means that everyone was properly seeded for the Blank Check audience, no? And we had some real nailbiters too so it's not like they've all been drubbings.

I still would have preferred Craven to win it all but I can't be mad at any of the final four (though I hate the split series thing that would happen with Scott).

Lynch probably wins comfortably tho

 

Huge bummer Happy Madison Origins was knocked out of the patreon bracket.

I'd be delighted with either a Lynch or Lee win. Sodey & Ridley I think i'd prefer part 2 of their filmographies but they did make a compelling case for Ridley Part 1 on today's patreon update

I guess I'll finally get around to watching Twin Peaks this year.

 

I'm happy I've been dying for them to cover lynch ever since I've discovered them.

I've wanted an excuse to see all of his movies.

I've only ever watched all the twin peaks stuff
