In an album full of excellent songs this was bound to happen to some

 

Heh I guess I'm in the minority in thinking it's their worst album since Cheshire Cat. I will admit that the four songs left are among the only ones I'll willingly listen to, but Black Rain, Run Away, Emo Shit and Remember To Forget Me are my favorites by a mile.

Nine is better than California/DLX, Neighborhoods, Cheshire Cat, and Buddha, but it isn’t better than Dude Ranch, Enema, TOYPAJ, or Untitled.

Hmm, I only listed 8 out of 15 tracks as songs that I like so I'm not sure what you mean?

It's not really a bad album, but the majority of the songs don't grab me enough to ever return to it, other than the 4 favorites that I mentioned. There are songs that I like a bit, but nothing I truly love.

I tried to get into it, but I'm finding Simple Creatures to be more up my alley.
