Ghost Not fair Depressing First match up is so close to me, gonna toss Ghost a vote to try to help it out.
The Ghost vs. It Doesn’t Make it True I'm super surprised at how many people are voting against The Ghost. I thought it was one of the more popular songs on the record. I've loved it from the moment I first heard it. Doesn't Make it True is one of the best songs written about marriage I've heard from this scene (along with "The Weight" from Thrice), but Ghost has that "it" for me. Maybe, Tennessee vs. Not Fair This choice is difficult for me because both songs have the same positives and negatives. Each song starts off slowly but picks up after the first verse and really kicks in at the chorus. They're also deeply personal songs about Anthony's life. I'll give the edge to Tennessee, but I don't have a good reason why. Whichever of these songs wins probably won't get my vote next round. Rumpsringa (Return to Heartbreak Road) vs. It’s Not as Depressing as it Sounds Why do people dislike Rumspringa so much? Is it the song's on the nose lyrics? Maybe the "real big shit" line goes too far or doesn't come off well? I like the song because it sounds like vintage angry Anthony to me.
I like Rumspringa but definitely like the closer more. Would have likely given it a vote if it was a different matchup
The Ghost - 6 It Doesn’t Make it True - 8 Maybe, Tennessee - 6 Not Fair - 8 Rumpsringa (Return to Heartbreak Road) - 6 It’s Not as Depressing as it Sounds - 8 One of the closest rounds we’ve had. We’re still looking for votes from @bobsheiskawy @Drewski @Pickles312 @Joe4th @koryoreo @TDenverFan @disambigujason @Leftandleaving and @latortuga (PS. I hope I’m not annoying y’all with my incessant tagging)
Gonna need til tomorrow morning to have time to put my vote in. Haven't listened to vacancy in quite some time and won't have time to listen to it til late tonight due to working graveyard.
No worries. I can keep this round open until tomorrow, barring any major swings in votes and too big of leads.

Double checked, you’re absolutely right. I accidentally put that last vote in for the wrong song. My bad. Good catch, and thank you!

For those that have said they never got into Vacancy or never listened to it...I encourage you to listen again. I love this album. Probably at the near bottom of my Bayside album rankings but there’s a lot of great stuff on here and really no lows. I’d rank it above S&C and Cult. I also love every Bayside album so it’s all whatever.
It’s only above Cult for me, but I agree with the sentiment. Almost everything here is at least average, and there are some really great songs sprinkled in. Two Letters and Mary in particular are top tier Bayside for me.
