Just saw Blade Runner for the first time....man, what a strange film

 

My thoughts the first time too, still love it greatly though.

 

Just listened to the soundtrack - sooooooooooooooooooooooo 80's

 

New trailer to debut in front of Alien: Covenant, which comes out May 19. So, we'll probably get it on the 18th I'm guessing.

 

This film will take The Gosling to the next level

Did not realize Dave Bautista was in this. Nice.

 

Only complaint is Jared Leto.

 

Yea, I forgot he was in this. That was not a pleasant surprise.

 

Just wow. That looks amazing. Hype is off the charts.

Wow, that trailer was awesome. This looks so good. Definitely my most anticipated movie this year.

 

Fantastic trailer. It's up there for one of my most anticipated for the rest of the year.

Is the original on Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc...? I somehow have never seen it and I have to see it soon so I can see this sequel in theaters.

 

Looks amazing. That Roger Deakins guy is pretty good.

 

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I'm ashamed to say I've never seen the original.

 

There's a lot of meaning/symbolism in the film, so it may take a repeated viewing or two to fully grasp everything. Probably good to watch it once, read the movie Wiki/IMDB page to catch up on missed details, then maybe watch it again

 

Just make sure you watch the final cut.

 

i didn't like him as the joker personally, but i thought his performance in the trailer looked intriguing and that twisted side will likely work well in this film.

as for the trailer itself, oh my is that cinematography gorgeous. it was a perfect trailer, i've seen all i need to see and will now go in fresh for the movie. no more trailers for me.

for anyone who hasn't watched the original film, it honestly took me a couple times, now i love it. highly recommend watching theatrical cut first (as was recommended to me by many as well), then watch the final cut. i also personally am a fan of the narration, really adds to the noir feel.
