Interesting, so she is being paid for the Disney+ release. Curious how that balances against her box office bonus. I still think Disney is in the wrong here.

 

I'm not even sure that's what's being said. The wording is very vague. "Enhanced her ability to earn additional compensation"? Sounds like the kind of wording I'd use to make people think I'm saying something that I'm not.

Then again I tend to immediately assume all corporate speak is duplicitous.

 

That probably means she made more than the base salary but it is still less than she had expected in the original contract.

 

It's the new Hollywood accounting

 

Really could not care less about a rich person not getting even richer, but fuck Disney so I'm on ScarJo's side
