I cut soda from my diet over the summer so now I’m trying to think about what I’m gonna drink with my popcorn haha

 

I bring taco bell to the movie theater

Yeah really the only thing i ever buy directly from the theater is the popcorn. Sometimes I'll get an ICEE if I feel like having one but that's it.

 

I usually don't drink anything during a movie to avoid any possibility of needing to use the restroom, but a date snuck in 2 tallboys for Once Upon A Time in Hollywood one time and I laughed when I saw her pull them out of her purse lol.

 

friend and i brought a full pizza in once and were not stopped - probably the craziest outside food item i've ever snuck in just because of the sheer size of the box and we werent even really trying to hide it. have snuck in beers before too.

 

Used to sneak in tiny bottles of hard liquor to add to my sodas, and once a date and I just threw a bunch of McDonalds cheeseburgers in her purse.

 

Two churros from Del taco, one up each sleeve of my jacket. I walked in like C3PO

 

I love popcorn so much but since my mid-20s it messes my digestive system up too much. Very sad. I used to binge eat the big pre-popped bags.

Also, I’m surprised how many people pay for food at cinemas! I always, always, always take a bag. Far too overpriced otherwise.

 

I always get twizzlers when I go to the movies and eat them all before it even starts. Sometimes I get beer for a drink, but I usually don't get anything at all because I have the world's smallest bladder

 

my popcorn is usually more than 50% gone before the movie even starts lol

 

I truly don’t think the high school kids that make $7.50 care what you sneak in. Maybe the management does but probably not enough to stop you.

 

Just remembered I own stock in AMC. Please buy more popcorn and beer.

 

Water. When I quit soda 10 years ago, I was most tempted at the theater. You’ll get accustomed to it, especially with the insane soda prices.

 

When my theater started printing tickets on receipt paper, my friends and I would make copies of one ticket and print copies of it on receipt paper. None of the employees noticed for a few months and the first one who did just shrugged his shoulders.

 

Damn y’all get away with a lot. I feel like my local theater is like one step away from having airport full body scanners

 

it's all about confidence. i brought a plate in from a bbq place in the same strip mall and didn't look at anyone and no one asked questions

 

one time I saw someone had somehow snuck in an entire baguette and I was impressed

 

I saw someone bring in a giant Wendy’s bag and 2 drinks. No one said anything.

 

No I’m saying they legit check bags and pockets and damn near wand us

 

my friend and I snuck in two six-packs of beer to The Lion King remake, which was an excellent choice cos nothing else would have got us through The Lion King remake

only wish we'd brought some alcohol to Joker too, oof

 

feel like it's easier to sneak snacks into open-carry state theaters, no one is patting down someone for gummi bears in florida lol
