Watched Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe today. The sudden “Children of the Grave” needledrop made me smile ear to ear.

13 is better than i gave it credit when it came out. tony really brought some riffs. i like brad wilk with RATM but his style is the biggest downside to the album. just feels too "quantized" for sabbath.

I've been listening to so much Sabbath recently. not really a big metal guy but those first five albums are just undeniable. The Devil You Know and 13 both have some rippers too

"never say die" the song is a good one. Never listened to the full album

 

it is abysmal

 

the first half of that one is as good as it gets but it has a pretty steep falloff in the second imo, except for The Writ. Megalomania is one of their best songs period

 

damn so Headless Cross kicks ass huh, this deserves a mention along with Dehumanizer as some of their best late career stuff

 

rinsing the first 5 lately and dropping in to say supernaut into snowblind is an unreal pairing

 

Supernaut might be my favorite sabbath track

 

Vol 4 is def my favorite Sabbath
