You have reminded me of Mark Kermode's classic Da Vinci code review

 

Just watched this, probably lower tier Marvel for me but I did get emotional at that climax. I thought it was well done and effective and kind of tied most of the movie together thematically but it was still just too much of a drag to get through.

 

Marvel taking some significant L’s these days.

I apologize if that's how my comment came across, that was not my intention. They've royally fucked up lately hiring abusers (among other things) and it's really concerning that these people are getting the spotlight and these roles while doing heinous shit. My apologies for not providing more context to my comment. Some of the stuff that's been dug up from past comments from Tenoch are horrible and should have been red flags.

 

I knew what you meant, but I'm glad you followed up. It's easy to rag on people for a simple comment.

 

Would have been a great idea for Blade movie.

 

You’re right. In my head it was Blade killing vampire KKK members but that’s definitely not what that says.

 

You're probably wondering why my post is gone. That's because my anxiety, specifically over "should I, being a white guy, even have an opinion on this" kicked in, and won. I'm probably being stupid.
