Isn't that quite a simplification of the show that takes away any layers and nuance it has, even if you don't like the humor or agree with some of the points that are made?
Cartman was the only character making fun of the movie and nothing that comes out of his mouth is supposed to be agreeable.

When Kyle snaps at Cartman for using anxiety as an excuse one too many times, he points out that everyone has anxiety, and working through it is just a part of normal life, which is a perfectly fair point. Not agreeing is fine there is a point there.
