It is my absolute favorite episode. I’ve probably watched it ten times. So good.
Hated in the Nation was the only one I didn't love from season 3.
Is that the bees one? Yeah, not their best effort
Yeah, I know opinions and all that, but it’s hard to see how it could be #1 given some of the classics this show has produced. I wouldn’t even put it top 5. Maybe top 10 but I’d have to see the episode list.
Hated in The Nation is probably my least favorite from season 3, but honestly season 3 was such a stacked season that even the worst one there is still pretty solid
Only episodes I actually dislike are National Anthem, Waldo Moment, Metalhead and didn't think Men Against Fire was that great either.
Season 3 only had two good episodes, San Junipero and Hated in the Nation. Don’t @ me.
That's a pretty hot take to not get @'d for
debating whether or not i want to stay up til 3 am to watch (play?) this when it drops. hmmm..
nosedive was great too though, and kind of terrifying given china's new social credit system
Nosedive is such a great episode, and Bryce Dallas Howard is one of the best leads the show has ever had.
Nosedive would be great if it was 20 minutes shorter. Definitely the third best ep of season 3 after SJ and HitN tho.
The trailer looks really good, I'm excited
I always felt like Nosedive got a lot of hate but I love that one
I never did watch Metalhead. Dunno why exactly, I just watched the rest of that season in an out-of-order sequence and lost interest before getting to Metalhead, and heard a lot of "meh" opinions about it at the time. Is it worth checking out?
easily the worst episode of the show imo.
Crocodile is worse than Metalhead, but neither are especially great.
I Still haven't watched Crocodile, but I liked Metalhead
It was a pretty straightforward story but had some fun suspenseful moments. I could have done without the
teddy bear reveal at the end though.
Nosedive might be my favorite "not-traditional sci-fi" Black Mirror episode.
I think I've done this before?
Good: 1.3, 2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.4, 4.1, 4.4, 4.6
Bad: 1.1, 2.3, 3.3, 3.5, 4.2, 4.3 4.5
Okay: everything else
1.3-2.2 is my favorite stretch of episodes, so technically S2 is the strongest b/c 2/3 of it is good. On the Netflix side of things, S4 has more highs but also more lows.
I mean that's basically what I just said--
Who makes a list this way. This is incomprehensible.
I do, and you're welcome.
Shut Up & Dance is a top tier episode of Black Mirror you can't change my mind
