they announced a free show in NYC friday at 4pm - glad I randomly decided to take off last week. will definitely try and see them.

I have not. just threw on the KEXP performance and yeah... I'm really going to try and make it. the address is just a random building in chinatown, should be interesting.

 

I’m seeing them in November but I really hope p4k streams their fest set this weekend

 

So, this is my first "I wish i'd heard this album last year because it would have made my AOTY list" album of 2020. Bloody good stuff. Plus they're from just around the corner from me, so even better!

Not entirely sure what this is because I haven’t listened yet but from their Bandcamp: “4 short stories accompanied by jams that have been edited to accommodate each story. Instrumental mixes are also included.“
