I can see why some wouldn’t be into it but I think manic in me is great

 

yea I think this is one of those albums where once I have the whole thing I'll really dig it

 

the two singles hint at what's going on with the wider record—building on the sound of the first album but with tighter songwriting/hooks (imo)—but there are a lot of surprises (i'm especially impatient to see everyone react to the opener)

 

I just realized how bad I am at making album threads ha. I’ll add tracklistint and art work soon

 

This is a lot less heavy than I was expecting. I’m surprised breathe is the song that @unbornwhiskey is excited for - am I losing it and take me home are the biggest surprises for me

 

How does it hold up again “I’m not well”

 

I would say it’s probably tied for me. This is probably more consistent for me honestly and unborn whiskey wasn’t kidding about some of the hooks on here

New single. This is closer to what to expect than the first two

 

yea I liked it, I miss their darker tone tho. idk.... this album is shaping up to be my Citizen this year as disappointment of the year. Hopefully im messaging in here in two weeks saying I was wrong

 

still can't decide if there's a saxophone in this song or not. i love the coda

 

I think they said on FB its a trumpet

Music.. actually think I’m gonna love this

 

Listened to half of it and decided I wanted to save the rest for when the album drops. Sounded fantastic though.

I'm digging the ESWIE-era Lovedrug vibes I'm getting from the first 2 songs.

 

Are there more horns on the album? Or is this the only song?

 

I believe two other songs have horns (but I could be wrong)

oh, "breathe" is the extremely awesome opener i've been talking about for like three months now

Excited for this, but the only one I'm really feeling at the moment is "Breathe". The rest kind of feel like they're almost there, but I'm sure in the context of the full album they will be much better.
