Sunglasses is still really great. Excited to hear more!

The rumoured date is actually Jan 29, just a mistype when I was focusing on the year lol

 

i listen to 'sunglasses' weekly still. count me in

 

Intrigued by this. I've only heard Sunglasses but that's a seriously good song.

 

holy shit yes. hope this lives up to the incredibly high bar they set themselves

 

Album is actually out February 5. 6 tracks, 41 minutes, with new versions of "Sunglasses" and "Athens, France"

Sunglasses is incredible. Probably one of the most truly exciting singles I've heard in a very, very long time. Science Fair is great as well.

Gona hold off listening to Science Fair since I've already heard Athens and Sunglasses (I know these are new recordings, but still)

Can't wait though. band is wild

 

The hype for this record is huge!

 

"Track X" is a sleeper classic with an emotional turn I was truly not ready for from these guys, haha

think I'm even more excited now than I've been since they first dropped "Sunglasses"

This is going to be so good, can't believe it's almost finally here.

hmm.. really did not need the new versions of "Sunglasses" and "Athens" on here tbh, they're not-great watered-down versions of the originals. especially frustrating cos the other four tracks on here are so good and they have some killer live songs they could have put on here instead ("Basketball Shoes" has the makings of a classic)

album's very cool and all but they really held themselves back on here for some reason. I really think they could go on to make classics, but they're not there yet

 

All I'll say is their second album is already done in addition to this.

 

oh shit, I really hope it has the rest of their live repertoire because that will be a killer record

 

That guitar tone during the last minute of Athens is a pickaxe to my emotions

 

This didn’t disappoint! Science Fair is still growing on me but everything else is incredible

 

Science fair legitimately scares me haha
