Are people sick of him?

 

I only know the character as Shazam's villain counterpart through the Injustice games, so I was confused that he'd be the protagonist in his own movie, let alone that he'd be played by Dwayne Johnson, who I'm pretty sure never plays bad guys.

 

I think you can chock it up as more of a Peacekeeper type role. I think it'll be more of an anti-hero than traditional villain. Black Adam's history is a lot. Really depends on where it ends up in timeline.
