This was my first reaction but it's also been 2.5 years since her last haha

Looking it up I guess this would technically be around the same amount of time between Medulla and Volta but that's still at least 10 years ago so still pretty crazy to have such a short break between albums.

was listening to Debut on the way home. Such a fun album.

 

The fact that you can hear her actually smiling while singing some of the lyrics is my absolute favourite thing about that album.

The delivery of the "ghetto/jetto blaster" line in There's More To Life Than This has got to be one of my favourite little moments in music.
