Goddamn, these guys kill it live, such a massive sound, spinning their discography today, great great band.
Right? It's been a hot minute since I've seen them. I think I last saw them at warped tour years ago supporting BTII.
Pretty sure that was my last time too. I don't know if they toured in the US for any other albums since they did so well back home.
Their first 2 albums and Dead Silence are still amazing albums. Gotta check out Afraid Of Heights at some point.
BII is one of my all time favorites. You should check out AoH too! I think its really a good album for them.
Listening to Afraid of Heights. Still a super solid album. Probably in the 3 spot for their discog for me
It’s great but the demos on the deluxe version I generally find better. I miss the more punk, aggressive billy talent but honestly they’re still one of the best rock bands around
This line-up - omg. Please, please let this come near me and not clash with the gigs I already have booked.
Might be a co-headliner of sorts. Sum and BT draw similar crowds/sell same venues here, from the gigs I’ve been to. The Used play smaller venues, in Scotland at least. Could be opening.
Slam Dunk 2020 announce Sum 41 as co-headliner | Louder In what I suspect is not a coincidence, all three bands (among others) have been announced for Slam Dunk. Which is making me think this is going to be two quite big bands teaming up to sell big venues.
They're finally trying new things and it makes me excited for the first time since Dead Silence to hear their new stuff.
This is incredible Getting all sorts of 70s metal vibes from the first half Then the second half sounds like Destroyer's Kaputt
