Haha, don't worry, "eras" make me feel old too, but it's really just the way of kids definining album cycles, including music videos, singles, tours, aesthetics... VIBES, ya know?!?

 

I have felt like bands and artists have done eras forever. I remember IDing the different guitars Green Day used to define their eras.

 

Don't know what eras are? Some of ya'll clearly weren't MCR fans back in the day.

 

Eras are basically chapters and I feel like the term has been around forever.

 

I'm 28 and have been using the term "era" for most of my life so I'm confused by the confusion lol

 

I mean, it’s not like an era is a unknown thing. Just using it for a 2 year period is a bit odd IMO.
