The person who posted this posted that the remix with Billie was coming before Charli posted a tease earlier so they at least got 1/2 right so far.

 

woooowzaaaa I wouldn't be surprised and it's obviously warranted, but the online stans aren't going to take that lightly

 

it'd be even more hilarious if the rumored Taylor remix actually happened and both were on the same remix album.

 

If that lyric is real, the chance of a Taylor remix would fall to about zero percent in my mind

 

i'd definitely think the chances would be diminished, but still funny to think about

 

For those that have no idea what that possible lyric meant…?

I’m out of touch on Charli XCX as I haven’t heard a song of hers since Boom Clap and rarely comment negatively on music, but what in the world… is this legit? I know she’s in arenas this year but is this really what she’s up to now? Wow.

I’ve been debating diving into her catalogue to see what I’m missing out on but this did the exact opposite of making me want to do so.

 

Jumping in from “Boom Clap” to this is a wild choice. I’d say definitely catch up with her decade+ of music. A lot of great stuff there.

 

It’s funny because I pretty much went boom clap-> pop 2 -> brat and I think there’s actually a lot on brat that achieves the same pure fun that boom clap does in a way that my brief dives into her pandemic albums didn’t hit for me

Guess I guess would be a particularly surprising re-entry point tho

 

A little predictable in the execution but it still rocks and I will be blasting it for the foreseeable future

I generally get extremely sick and turned off by people who complain about the Internet but even I have to say this is a case of terminally online people being off the mark

This album has really stuck around in my rotation. I feel like I never really overplayed it so I'm still not sick of it, but I've also never stopped playing it either. It's just so so good.
