I love it when any artist says "the new music is great" or whatever as if they're just going to say "dudes, this album blows chunks but the label is making me release it" Not saying this album will be bad because I absolutely don't think it will be. Edit: I actually remember seeing a Gorillaz interview where Damon/Jamie are talking and saying stuff like "Yeah, this new album isn't the best" and stuff like that haha
I remember Bert from The Used would always say how whatever upcoming album they were releasing was the hardest album yet and that was never, ever true.
