I loved it. I wonder if they’re still committed to a theatrical release? It’s gone from a firm August date to just “Summer 2020”. Either way, I’m in!
a theater release seems kind of out of the question at this point. i'm very happy watching this on netflix or something.
Yeah, I doubt this would have been a huge box office hit under normal circumstances so I'm guessing this will be a VOD scenario.
I recently watched Bogus Journey again; felt way more weird/strange than Excellent Adventure. Hopefully this one shows again the charm that we got with the first one
I was always a bigger fan of Bogus Journey. Something about playing Twister with Death, or evil robot Bill and Ted, or some other third thing
Bogus Journey is sooo bizarre. Death, Station, robots, Hell, etc. So weird and definitely suffers from sequel-itis. But it's fun, for sure. Excellent Adventure is obviously the better movie all around, and is an absolute classic.
Bogus Journey definitely has a darker and surreal tone compared to the more slapstick first one. Hell, part of the plot parodies a 1957 Ingmar Bergman film most Americans probably don’t know about
I forgot about Station Bill & Ted writer Ed Solomon explains why Bogus Journey's alien was called Station
Yeah I can't wait for this. The original two are absolute classics for me. It's going to be weird not seeing George Carlin as Rufus but this still looks like a lot of fun. I agree with the above as well. It would be smart for Netflix to bag the rights to stream this first.
Such a classic song; I remember somehow ripping or downloading this track like 10 years ago, because it was an incredible song from an awesome movie. Hopefully we see it again in Face The Music
Excellent Adventure is definitely the better of the two but Bogus Journey doesn’t get enough love for how weird and different it is.
The scene in Bogus Journey when Bill's grandma is chasing him down the hall trying to get a kiss from him creeped me out so bad as a kid haha.
Looks like everything I wanted it to be Is it just me or does Keanu's Ted voice sound way different? It's been years since I've seen either of the movies
