It's awesome that Keanu and Alex have remained really good friends ever since meeting at the auditions for the first film. Much like the characters are still best friends after all these years.
Looking back at this, its weird how stiff Keanu feels through the whole movie. RLM guys pointed out that it felt like he grew out of the role and Alex pretty much carried the whole movie. Can't really disagree.
Yeah I felt the same; Alex felt much more charismatic with how he acted, versus Keanu. Then again Keanu has never really been a charismatic actor, so it's probably just a style of movie that doesn't really suit him.
Ok, so third time watching now and the only remaining question I have is when does Bill & Ted 4 come out?!?!?!
Saw this at the drive-in last night and it was a most excellent time. the robot was so amazing, I was thinking it had to be a known actor. Sure enough, it’s noho hank from Barry!
Maybe I just have a soft spot for Keanu, but I thought he was great in this - the energy level matched him being the one that was more cynical/in touch with reality
I wish one of the future Teds was Keanu just playing the part of John Wick. I would have loved that shit haha.
I think it’s simply easier to still think of Alex as Bill than it is to think of older Keanu as Ted and not Keanu.
Rewatched the first one today to start getting ready to watch the new one and it absolutely holds up (besides one unfortunate homophobic slur), so deceptively clever and really wholesome
Yeah, when they're in hell. Ted yells when there are sound effects at the same time, so it's a bit harder to catch. But it's there.
Forgot about that one. The one I was mentioning was from the Bill and Ted bots before dropping them off the cliff.
Rating back in the day were weird. Airplane is PG but has fully exposed, jiggling breasts at point blank for about 3 seconds.
Just watched the second one. Also absolutely holds up and is pretty much just as good as the first one, I'll forever respect how fucking weird they went with it instead of just copying the first one
Lol I watched that the other day. Loved the cartoon, had no idea there was a live action show (thankfully)
This was delightful. Good, clean, goofy fun is just what 2020 needs. Dennis Caleb McCoy has me cracking up with everything he did.
