i liked this!! it blended together on first listen a bit but i will definitely be chilling with it a bunch

 

am I alone or does this give anyone else Motion City Soundtrack vibes?

a few songs in and this is pretty good. I had a stronger immediate reaction to Adjust to Wellness but this is still nice

The hooks this record has! Really great stuff. Their last record is one perpetually stuck on my “need to revisit” list after listening to it on release day and liking it lol. This one will inspire me to change that

yeah hooks for days. this is immaculate

 

I really love the tracks towards the middle where they explore some real fuzzy tones - Devil Worship, Tiny Room, and Crash.

 

Ohhh this is headphones record through and through

 

severely underrated. this thread needs 100x more activity

 

Devil Worship is incredible - this album has the 90s vibes but modern, where it feels like it has a lot of mainstream crossover
