New song is nice. Never put it together before but this band kinda gives me early Carissa’s wierd vibes, which I love

very very excited for the reworkings of "terminal paradise" and "from"

 

Really excited for this but shocked at the venue sizes for the tour. They went from selling out a 900 cap here to being booked in an outdoor 3600 people venue, it really feels like a stretch. Would love to be wrong though.

Think I like this more than U.F.O.F., they're both unbelievably good though. I'm wondering now if this whole album is going to be pretty stripped down.

capacity is so special to me, but wow, it really seems like they're gearing up to top one of the best albums of the decade without much trouble.

Stereogum writer in their best songs of the week column noted that Cattails is, in the context of the album, a "banger" (lol). So I guess that confirms this will be a slow and quiet affair.
