Halfway through my second listen. It's amazing, as expected. Feels like what most would have expected the follow up to Capacity. "Not" is still my favorite as of now, but the guitar work on the title track is insane. I'm so curious to see what kind of setlist they put together for the fall tour now that they've basically doubled the size of their discography. Honestly wouldn't mind them only pulling from this and UFOF and then maybe throwing in Shark Smile/Mythological Beauty/something from Masterpiece in the encore.
Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the setlist was mostly new songs like the last time I saw them. Will be amazing regardless.
I don’t understand how the band releases two albums in one year and Adrienne releases one JUST over a year ago and not only are they all excellent but they don’t even sound alike.
Think I'll be waiting for release day on this one, but excited to see such a positive response in here
“Mary” is an incredible song, but I still think “Shark Smile” is their quintessential tune and the one that should have made the P4K list.
Album is fantastic, I can already tell I'm going to be listening to this repeatedly for weeks like I have been with UFOF. Definitely contrasts the other, and I could see what they've been saying in interviews and press about it now.
this is...so fucking good. They found you in the morning The blood was on your shoulders They found you at the corner Your head was doubled over And the blood of the man who killed my mother with his hands Is in me It's in me In my veins the way she sings those last three lines. ahhh

Tight, this is so much more than I thought. Thanks for putting it together, definitely will dig in soon. I completely forgot about that cassette release.
