This song is so sick though. Love when a band knows how to use repetition effectively.

 

Thought it was annoying on first listen but now I love it. Really love her voice sounding shaky in the middle "why do I need to explain myself?"

 

so Saturday was amazing but my view was ruined by dickheads standing in the aisles with seats available and drinks in their hands as excuses for not wearing a fucking mask. we talk about phone use at shows but that shit is far more disrespectful to both band and audience.

that aside they were phenomenal - they played Not five songs in like it was nothing. Spud Infinity was a joy to hear, and there was this almost grunge-y version of Dragon I just wasn't prepared for at all. Encore of an Adrianne solo song and a (new?) Buck solo song sandwiched by Time Escaping and Simulation Swarm? loved that. apparently they'll be back soon and I can't fucking wait.
