It's been a great time to get into this band because I haven't really needed to overplay the singles for the new album -- I've only actually heard a couple of them. The four albums are keeping me busy for the month and I feel like my anticipation is gonna be sky-high by the time the double album drops

I feel like there will another single but haven't seen any early signs yet.

Not surprising but looks like some/all of the European Feb tour dates are getting moved to summer

Also Adrianne and James are/were recently at Panoramic studio (where abysskiss was recorded) with Luke Temple recently so strong chance they're making something

 

Yea the only thing I remember was that banner ad that said “New Single 2022”. I’d be shocked if after giving us something every month for 6 months they decided to go cold turkey for 2 months before the album dropped.

Wow, this might be the best one from this album yet.

 

What an incredible, deeply disturbing song

So happy to finally have the album version after being obsessed with it since the shows this summer

 

Annnnnnnd it’s great.

 

It's absolutely incredible. Nearly every time they release a new song, I'm like "this is a top 10 Big Thief song!" and I can't help but continue the trend with this one, ha. It reminds me of hearing Mythological Beauty for the very first time and just being completely floored.

 

Apple Music always dropping the ball though tbh

 

the one I have been waiting for… haven’t heard most of the other songs released so far or have only done a cursory listen of them, but I couldn’t hold off on this one. absolutely up there with their best, most transcendent work.

 

I’m not listening to anymore until the whole thing is out, I don’t know how you people do it
