Had a weird vibe that hes actually a cop trying to get the truth out of jane, possibly the most likely to blab - i thought bonnie's mom was gonna pass, and bonnie would tell her on her deathbed what happened.
I’ll be livid if so. At this point my money would be on Ed if anyone. Although I’ve always gotten a big Bruce Dern in Coming Home vibe from the show which worries me big time.
Also I’m really not into the vision thing with Bonnie’s mom. They’re stepping into some tropes there that are just a big yikes. Rest of the episode was good, probably my least favorite of the season though.
NOOOOOOOO. How in the world could they cut this???? The internet would have literally died when it aired.
Aaaaaagh the long weekend screwed me up and I forgot today was the day!! Tomorrow will be torture waiting to watch!
Why was this episode so short? Or have they all been 40 minutes? That ending was so abrupt for me. I did not like the editing of that final scene.
The first one was super short too. Everything’s definitely coming to a head but I wish it was still more of the slow character study of earlier in the season.
Nicole Kidman's Australian accent peaking out this week was amazing, I mean it's understandable with the custody and her son calling her a bitch Laura Dern saying that's perjury babe is one of the best things I've ever seen
I don’t understand why they didn’t just let her be Australian. It would have added to her character in addition to saving us from those weird accent slippage moments.
Aw man, not ready for Jane to feel betrayed. This custody battle on top of their secret possibly getting exposed. This is gonna get ugly
Good episode. Though that scene with Ed at the bar was cringeworthy. The last 5 minutes or so felt really weird in fact.
Still love these characters and settings and the acting, but this week’s episode did very little for me (with the exception of the weekly Renata quotable lines)
