Yeahh I guess I could do that, but for something that airs so much I just want to be able to save on DVR

I watch all my tv on Kodi so I have access to like eight different regions, girlfriend and I started UK last night because we are obsessed

 

Well I figured out how to watch BBCan with a VPN. I'm still not super into it after 8 episodes but I do enjoy it. I think I'd like it better if I actually knew the returning guests. The house is amazing though.

Something that really irritates me is BBCan intentionally leaves scenes out of the episode to make evictions seem like they'll be tight. They then come back the next episode and explain what happened.

 

Oh man BBCan using the "secret camera" trick is always great. I remember seeing the video of Ika cussing out the other house guests while shredding their love letters after Jason talked about it on OTT feeds.

It got really rough for a minute but the last twist was pretty great schadenfreude.

 

If you wanna watch but you're not in Canada you can download BBViewer and find it on there. BBViewer is a pretty crude program but it works enough to watch.

click File>Videos
Select "BBViewer by liquid8d" as the provider
Select Big Brother Canada
Select BBCAN 5 episodes

There you'll find each episode that has aired so far

 

Holy shit, catching up now. That have not vote was brutal, but doesn't touch watching Ika rip up those letters. That might be my favorite moment in BB history regardless of region

 

@yeahrightdude that eviction went pretty much as expected but the power dynamic of being the single vote was very fun to watch. Glad you got on board so I'm not alone in here!

I love Neda and she was my favorite by a mile but watching her encourage everyone to bully Sindy rubbed me the wrong way, I know tensions run high but that was pretty extreme

 

I thought backwards week was really fun to watch too. Obviously this is my first BBCan season so I didn't have much of a preference one way or another but she's really cocky and mean these last few episodes. I'm sure she's not as bad in her first season since she won the advantage.

I still really don't like the editing of this. It seemed like they try so hard to make every episode seem like a blind side that they don't show you important aspects of a story.

They spent the whole episode talking about why he should keep Gary. No one spoke with Dre at all and she barely got a DR the entire episode. Then he votes him out with no explanation. It makes it really hard for me to keep watching.

Maybe I've just watched feeds during the US version for too long that I don't notice it happening here.

 

Fair enough! I've never watched feeds so the edited experience is all I really know. That being said, I was pretty sure on who was going to leave as soon as noms happened and wasn't at all surprised. Really don't know how things are going to pan out so I'm definitely excited to see how things pan out. It's inferior to past seasons but there is a lot of game left. I think once the immunity runs out, she's gettin the boot

 

I'm so angry, I had no idea everyone hated her so much but that was really annoying. I didn't agree with a couple of things she did this time around (last time she was a perfect player and absolutely should have won) but I think it was so boring and obvious to go after her literally the minute her immunity expired - hated that

 

Anyone know when the tv season starts this year? Haven't seen anything mentioned on tv yet.

I'm not watching a 28 minute video of James talking, anyone care to recap?

 

Yeah I removed it because it's annoying but basically James says he and Natalie were always pretty rocky and she had cheated on him and some other things. Natalie's nudes got leaked and so she sent a cease and desist and is trying to sue him for it. James denies it and talks about how bad their relationship was the whole time but she forced him to pretend they were good to keep her public image up.

 

Damn... that's really sad on both sides, I loved them together.... or their public personas together at least

 

The rumors are that Natalie needed money to help her family so James set up a gofundme for her. She then announced she was starting a jewelry company shortly after she got like 5k from the gofundme. Troll accounts started calling her out on it and she believes James made some of them and leaked her pictures as revenge or something.

Definitely a sad situation all around
