I'm just of the mind he was fine with a tie as he thought he had enough votes OR he thought since he got the number first (although he didn't lock in) maybe that would help in the case of a tie. Apparently he was telling Keanu and Vince before that Mickey is trash at comps so he got cocky and didn't bother looking at her number.

Who knows. Good triumphed today, evil was defeated, I feel that 5-4 vote is gonna cause new dynamics. Lines were drawn. It's exciting!
