It also doesn’t say live. People are thinking they may still have the eviction on Thursday and then just not show it until Sunday…which means the feeds will be down for FOUR DAYS because they don’t want to spoil who gets evicted. Ughhh
yeah i feel like they have to do the eviction before sunday because they'll need time to prep for the rest of the week before wednesday.
I know it's only been a little over a week or so, but I really can't even tell who is playing the game much at this point, everyone kinda seems to be laying low right now. The alliances exist, sure, but some overlap and they don't feel like they are THAT strong, the dudes don't even really have one from what I can tell, they just hang out and don't talk game? Maybe that's just where the gameplay is at this many seasons in, too many people know to lay low for the first while
I swear production forces them to talk about making a big move so they can insert it in right before the veto/nomination ceremony or whatever
Thank god feeds are back up, I really did not want to wait until Sunday. These first few weeks especially, it’s such a nice thing to have on in the background of my life at all times lol.
Turner picked Notes by the 1975 as his HoH album this week and it’s been very funny to watch everyone listen to it and be like
It's probably been discussed in here before, but is there a reason we don't get any true blindsides anymore? Like why is it that every houseguest winds up finding out the plan by eviction night and all the votes go one way? It's so less entertaining this way. I want to see people shocked and freak out when they leave the house, haha.
Game-wise, it makes sense that everyone wants to be on the “right” side of the vote. Even if there are clear lines drawn, like this week with Joe, Monte, and Turner all not wanting to get rid of Pooch. If they knew they didn’t have the numbers, it’s much smarter to vote with the rest of the house just so you don’t make yourself a target or make the person who stays mad at you. You’re right, it’s way less entertaining, but it’s just the way the game has evolved.
Oh no, I totally understand that. I guess my question is more about them finding out in the first place that they're on the wrong side of the vote. Like the one alliance (Po's Pack I think it's called?). Shouldn't they want the blindside to be kept as quiet as possible. That way there's no way it gets back to Pooch, and there's a lot less scrambling at the end?
I think it’s also a way to cover up true alliance lines. It’s in the best interest of Po’s Pack for the vote to be unanimous, because if it wasn’t it would expose exactly who the alliance members are that are voting together. So they probably fill everyone else in during the couple hours before a vote and say something like “the majority of the house is leaning this way” without actually exposing who that majority is.
Also my favorite moment of the last couple of episodes had to be Pooch calling out Joseph in the confessionals for being 'clueless'. Well you're right Pooch, between you and Joseph, one of you was quite clueless when it came to this game.
My expectations for pooch were pretty low initially but I’m actually kinda bummed he’s gone. He had potential to be a fun character.
Im bummed that one of of my faves got paired with my least fave but a shield might be the best thing…
Completely agree. I thought he was just playing extremely stupid (which he was) but he seemed humbled and understanding of his mistep in his exit interview and made me respect him as a player more. Seemed like a genuine dude.
