Here's the link confirming Season 19 will be a summer season- Big Brother Renewed For Two More Seasons Set To Air In 2017 And 2018 - CBS.com The online fall season will probably still happen but it won't be advertised as season 19
Julie has referred to the fall season as season 19 so I'm hoping that the latest press release is a mix up and they meant to say season 20 and 21 are coming in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
Has CBS officially announced the fall season through a press release? Maybe they are calling next summer season 19 because technically it still is. Either way I'm not worried and still stoked for the fall season. Might watch the live feeds because I'll have all access and why not at that point
I just don't want them to get away with a cheap version and realize they don't need to put as much effort into the real Big Brother. Like you said though, either way... I'm still stoked. And live feeds are pretty cool. I did the free trial last year out of curiosity and liked it way more than I thought I would found. it's great background noise. Sometimes its super boring and sometimes its hard to keep up on everything at once. I just keep it open in a tab and casually listen and check in if something interesting happens. Just saw some rumors about this fall's season being a $250k prize (half of the normal prize) 12 guests with being returning guests (bleh) and a lot more fan interaction than usual.
I'm so excited about this new plan and I can't wait for the double eviction tomorrow! It should be interesting to see how they cram the story into a 5 minutes segment. I didn't think I'd be this excited for tomorrow's eviction haha
Perhaps that means the online season isn't considered an actual season of the show. I'm interested to know what it will be like.
I just found out I never I subscribed from All Access after I used it for like a month last summer. I should maybe keep a closer eye on my bank accounts...
Everyone talking about what's going on in the house right now, I would LOVE if some of you re-cap what we DON'T see on-air tonight, after the episode
Ugh! I'm working till 11 tonight and am going to miss. It's going to be tough not to read spoilers! Anyone know how quickly CBS puts episodes online?
I've seen it go up at 11:30 central a few times but I've also seen it take until like 2am too. I think they're pretty good about getting the big episodes up early enough though.
Victors speech was unfunny and stupid and annoying and I hate that he thinks it was clever or cool or something, such a fucking dork. can someone fill us in on what's been going on? People watching the feeds talking new plans and crazy shit but I have no idea what ya'll are talking
He tried to be cutesy; his message (particularly about Z giving Paulie literally all of her attention at the cost of her game) was pretty solid. Gonna put in spoiler tags, but here's the shit that's gone down, basically over the last 36 hours: Natalie managed to flip the house; she made it so that Z is probably going home tonight and then Paulie is the target for the double eviction; she managed to get everyone to realize how he's running the house and lie's to everyone. Him and Natalie got in a few fights, ("you're as fake as those things on your chest"), and Paul is **pissed** at him
oh man. I wish feeds didn't cut out hours before the show so I could know what happened right beforehand
Well fuck. Here's hoping whoever goes home has the round trip ticket. EDIT: Or wins veto! I forgot about veto!
Disappointed in Corey. He has to know the executives are not going to last, that last minute meeting was so shaky and no one wanted to be the one to say it. Should have nominated Paulie while there was a chance.
