lol on monday I was to the point where I was expecting them to bail on the season entirely. 4 days later we're less than a week away from the cast reveal. LETS GOOOOO
I will never ever understand Day being an all star other than personality. She’s one of the absolute worst to ever play the game
Day is far more of an all star than Bayleigh imo. You're so right though, she is so bad at the game haha! Her intuition is amazing but she has yet to find a way to utilize it correctly and she can't keep her mouth shut. I'm just gunna post some initial thoughts looking at the rumored cast: I'm really hoping it's Cody and not Paulie... I've seen those names both thrown around. Paulie doesn't deserve a chance after acting like the world's biggest baby his entire season. I definitely coasted through his season in the middle of my whole-series watch through but iirc Hayden was the most boring winner of all time. Other than that I'm okay with the group. I knew xmas was gunna be back as soon as she messed up her leg. I like Kaycee and Tyler together again. That's gunna be a massive target. I'm excited for Josh again, bring on the haters Is Nicole still with Victor? She'll have to find a new strategy instead of hiding behind a guy the whole time like her last 2 seasons. So excited to see a live Janelle season. Ian definitely deserves a second season. I'm surprised it took this long. Nicole's gameplay wasn't great, right? Iirc she was just the only good person in a group of awful people. I like her though so it's good to see her get another shot. Going from 16 to 13 people is a bummer. I would like to see them bring back Paul again, Shelby from OTT, and either Tommy or Kat from last season to fill it out.
I don’t think that post with 13 is the full list. I think there’s still a few unconfirmed. Paul and Kat, for example, were both rumored.
Yeah, and there are certainly alternates involved in case of COVID issues. I doubt we will know anything for sure til Monday
- Unfortunately I think the inclusion of Dayvonne and Bayleigh might be a case of the franchise being TERRIBLE at diversity yet trying to make this cast diverse. - Cody >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Paulie. I don't follow too much of the drama, but I know Paulie was a total shithead to Danielle from The Bachelor (cheating if I remember correctly), and she is amazing, so fuck him. - I didn't actually watch Hayden's season, but he was on Survivor and I was a fan of him there - Agree on Christmas, Kaycee and Tyler - I absolutely hate Josh, still can't believe he won. He only won because of a bitter jury, dude is an idiot. - Nicole and Victor are engaged, were gonna get married this year but pushed it back. I love her, I hope she does well. - Agreed on Janelle, have retroactively seen her seasons and she is awesome. She was also on The Amazing Race with Brittany and didn't make it far unfortuantely. - I just watched Ian's season maybe a year ago or more and thought he was FANTASTIC, would be great to see him again. - Nicole (new Nicole) was a really sweet girl who tried really hard, but made a lot of stupid decisions and flubbed a few big moves. If she learned from her first season, she could be dangerous.
That's what I'm confused about. Supposedly they're doing a live move-in on the 5th... Why are they releasing the cast a week before they go into the house? There's a lot that could happen in that time period especially during a pandemic when you have multiple house guests posting pictures of themselves partying in hotbed states.
I doubt it’s a live move in. Probably Julie will be hosting it live, but they probably will move in the 29th, the day of the cast reveal.
Also janelle has always been one of my favorite players. Definitely had a crush on her when I was like, 12 years old watching this show for the first time lol.
Just watched the BB:AU finale. It's kinda weird with it being a fan vote that the show just basically becomes a reunion show and then the final reveal of the winner right at the end. Misses a bit of the drama that the US version has with the jury discussion, the final speeches from the finalists, and the votes getting revealed one at a time. Overall, I loved the season though and I would definitely be interested in watching future Australian seasons (and possibly going back to watch the previous one, too). Congrats to the winner, too. Definitely a deserved win.
I REALLY enjoyed this season of AU. Never watched anything other than Celeb, US and CA before, but I really liked some of the things that AU did differently than those versions of the show. I agree that the finale was little underwhelming though.
Finale was spoiled for me so I didn’t end up watching. Sounds like I don’t have to! ... I did end up buying a pair of Skwosh shorts after getting a surprise bonus at work lol.
