That's a female-fronted punk band name if I ever heard one.

I really enjoyed the last two. A nice rebound from Ellipsis. Would love to see what they’ve been up to, if only so they’ll try to tour. Seeing them in a 250 cap room here in the US was an insane memory.

That is a small size show eh!

I nearly got to see them the other week as they played under their first band name "screwfish" in Glasgow for about 400 people. Couldnt make it unfortunately, really gutted.

They are seriously nice dudes. Met Simon in the q at an airport, and the band gave my friend signed stuff to raffle for her kids charity fund raiser.

  5. Single is okay, not a fan of the chorus as it’s very been there done that. I’m sure they have a few bangers or curveballs up their sleeves though.

These guys are the most enjoyable of the UK mainstream rock acts. They grew up only 20 miles or so from where I did. Crazy I can remember being in school at 17 or so when they first came out.

The 2 albums they released in that 18 month period over 2020/21 were excellent.

In terms of this track, I like the verses and while the chorus is good, it feels a little too 'made for crowds at a festival.' I prefer when they combine melody with a bit of an edge, eg A Hunger In Your Haunt or The Captain. Good return single though. Keen for their new album though.

Sometimes they lead with a track like this one. Black Chandelier was the first taste of Opposites and Instant History kicked off the ACOE cycle in a similar fashion (not really giving too much away about the overall album flavour).
