Better Things (FX) TV Show

This looks good. Still need to finish Louie. Think I stopped somewhere in the middle of S4.

Solid pilot. Happy to watch more

 

Thought the pilot was just okay. Will watch some more because I have faith in the network, but I'm not as optimistic now haha

 

Feel like more people would be praising it if it didn't come out mere days after the first two Atlanta episodes (which were a lot better, I know), but that's me

 

Was expecting a lot more from this. I enjoyed it but...definitely hope the rest of the season improves. A couple chuckles but I felt like they couldn't quite figure out the tone. I never get too hung up on a pilot though, see what happens next week.

 

Pilot was alright. I'll give it some time.

 

Have liked both episodes a decent amount. Definitely gonna keep watching

Just got renewed for a second season

I thought the first two episodes were very good. I'm in on this.

 

Really good, this is a very suitable replacement for Louie I think

 

You mean, for the time being, right? Louie is coming back for at least one more season, iirc.

But yes, this is really good. I love the guest appearances. This episode was really short, though!

 

I did mean for the time being but I wouldn't be surprised if Louie didn't come back, he doesn't seem to be in any hurry to make another one

 

I just watched the first two episodes last night and this show is pretty fuckin cool

 

Yeah I'm really liking this, although they did have a white person say the n word two episodes in a row which was kind of weird (though I know Louis loves that)

 

...and one of those times was by a child.

 

This has quickly become my favorite new show this season, another great one this week

This week's really brought out the feels. They all do really

 

first season is only 10 episodes and already done so shouldn't take too long to catch up
