I feel kind of slighted that Spotify wouldn’t send me a code. I give them too much $ a year not to.

 

Yeah it was an email from Spotify. I get these types of emails pretty frequently, I think they send them out based on how many hours you've listened to a particular artist.

 

I think their algorithm to do so is kind of weird. I didn't listen to Stranger in the Alps very much on Spotify compared to some other stuff I've been into recently (but I've spun it quite a few times after buying the CD). I guess I did listen to Boygenius a lot, though. But, heck, I'm not even a Spotify subscriber anymore, so.

 

I am taking my girlfriend to this show. Boy does she have no idea what she is in for. She agreed to go after I took her to Kacey Musgraves on Saturday. Already a banner year for shows.

 

I get them a lot as well. I really have no idea how they work, two of my buddies who have the same taste as me never get them. I received one for PUP a couple weeks ago, and neither of them did and they listen to PUP like non stop haha

 

I keep forgetting to listen to this project, and now there's a tour and presale is sold out in Portland?! I need to catch up tonight before I lose my chance.
