Holy fucking shit. Somehow that made BB-era Saul a truly tragic character to me. Even recently, Jimmy wasn’t quite Saul yet, but I understand the transformation now. I teared up, that was brutal.

I hope we fill in a few gaps and that we arent now in just bb and post bb world, but a pretty effective episode. I wasnt quite sold the extended Gus out in the world scene worked, but the beginning and end segments were great.

Cliffhanger for next week or the week after is gonna be the news report of the aftermath of Walter White and Saul being missing and it’s gonna pan to old Kim watching the TV. Book it.
