Were there instances in other episodes that shows Jimmy do something harmful to Chuck just out of ill intent? I feel like it's the first one. Before he just does it for an ulterior motive like wanting Kim to have Mesa Verde. If that's the case I think this is a monumental change for Jimmy as a person.
Kinda heartbreaking to watch Jimmy scramble just to stay afloat. Seems like he's defeated and broken now. Saul Goodman slowly but surely taking over.
I'm just like sad Jimmy is pretty much gone lol. The end of this season feels like it's going to be brutal.
Recap time! ‘Better Call Saul’: Season 3, episode 9 recap: Kim works too hard Also, @kbeef2 I definitely agree.
I told myself last night that between reading research papers I would watch an episode of BCS to slowly catch up. Then I ended up watching episodes 4-9 in a row. The show's always been great, but now that we're starting to see Saul clawing his way up from inside Jimmy, it really takes it to another level. And Kim??? Girl chill.
This is kind of cool, Peter Gould, showrunner of AMC, asks these questions to Better Call Saul fans: 1. Now that you’ve met Jimmy McGill, do you still like Saul Goodman? 2. Have you ever done the wrong thing for the right reasons? How did you feel about it afterwards? 3. Is it a good or bad idea for romantic partners to work together? 4. Is it ever a good idea to go into business with someone you don’t fully trust? 5. Has the way Chuck reacted to his breakdown in the bar hearing changed the way you feel about him? Even a little? 6. How does Jimmy and Chuck’s relationship compare with your own family relationships? 7. Do people really change or do they just reveal new aspects of themselves that were always there? 8. If you were in legal trouble, would you rather be represented by Kim Wexler, Jimmy McGill, Chuck McGill, Howard Hamlin, or Saul Goodman? Ask the Fans: ‘Better Call Saul’ Showrunner Wants Your Answers to These 8 Questions!
My wife was thoroughly upset about it. I had to keep reminder her that it isn't real, haha. Her actress is perfect.
I've been totally fine with all the shitty things people in this world have done (Murder, poisoning children, scams, drug dealings) and the thing to finally bother me enough to dislike a character was Jimmy upsetting Irene
That was tragic as fuck At least Jimmy made it right with Irene. He hasn't gone full Saul yet after all.
I had a lot to type for this recap haha. So much happening here. ‘Better Call Saul’ season 3, episode 10 recap: Chuck loses it
Nacho, potentially, considering his plan worked perfectly. Depends on how Gus reacts to what he did, although we know sadistically screwing with wheelchair-bound Hector was one of his favorite pastimes in BB so he could be cool with it.
