I’m also damn shocked at the love for Jersey Mikes. I’ve only had it once but I was not remotely impressed

I’m also surprised firehouse didn’t get any votes. If publix wasn’t an option that’d be my choice

 

I had firehouse last week haha. What’d you order at jersey mikes? I always thought it was pretty good. Cheap fast cheesesteaks at least. Publix used to have the greatest cheesesteaks of all time and then they switched their grill top out for a fuckin conventional oven and they suck now. Publix’s one fault.

 

I've had both multiple times and although Firehouse is decent, I prefer Jersey Mike's. You should try it again!

I do like Publix a lot though, but there's not any around here.

 

I got the Chipotle chicken cheesesteak
Honestly ate half of it and then didn’t finish it, it kinda made me sick? So it’s hard to desire to want to get it again hah

Wawa, and it's not even close to a legitimately good hoagie. Jersey Mike's got me through in Central Pennsylvania, they aren't bad.

Same fam I loved quizno's sfm

 

I wish there were still Quizno's near me. Sadly I feel like there are none left in Jersey at all except for maybe one at a rest stop off the Turnpike. I used to LOVE Quizno's when I was younger.

 

It is funny that I moved down here for good in 2015 and by late 2016 there were like 50 Wawas down here

 

yeah, he's a transplant anyway. we don't claim him so I guess it's fine if he doesn't claim our favorite grocery chain either

 

That's awesome that they've made it down to Florida.

I couldn't live without Wawa. The subs, the iced tea, especially the coffee, all essential. Wawa's coffee is tops.

It's unfair really with how bad subway got

Used to love them too honestly but somewhere something went very wrong....

 

Americans love mediocrity

 

Yeah Subway has been on a real down spiral in quality, I still love the smell tho

 

I think part of the reason this happened is because Subway kind of neutralized the big Quizno's advantage of the toasted sub. Once Subway put toaster ovens in all their locations, a lot of the general public probably just didn't think there was much difference between the two (even though Quizno's was much, much better). Couple that with the fact that Subway is literally the biggest fast food chain in the world and it's really hard to compete.
