In order of release date, not my favorites. This year is a more difficult year for me distinguishing my top favorites over the rest of the albums I loved. At this moment in time, it's probably something like Sorority Noise, the Menzingers, No Thank You, Vagabon, and King Woman. MUNA are just missing the cut, but I haven't listened to it much lately. I'm sure that will change once summer comes.

I've liked what I've heard from Strand of Oaks and Craig Finn but haven't spun the full records yet. Strong quarter for metal. Most anticipated Q2 are Fleet Foxes and Jason Isbell: two artists following up two of my three favorite records of the decade, and both new records come out on my 25th birthday. Let's do this!

I've heard the "single" from that Old 97s record a few times on public radio and it sounds like a bit of a new direction for them. First time I heard it I thought for sure it was from the new Oberst record, which I also have not listened to.
