Pearl Jam playing their first and only Baltimore show back in October 2013 will forever be my favorite concert. Nothing even comes close

My top 2 shows of the decade: 1) fun. at the Vic theater >The tour was announced right before they blew up, so it was amazing to be there knowing it was the last time they'd play a venue that small. The energy in the room was unbelievable and it felt truly special for both the band and fans. 2) Motion City Soundtrack's "farewell" show at the Metro >An absolutely incredible send off for my favorite band with a whopping 36 (That is THIRTY SIX) song setlist. A once in a lifetime kind of night. Thankfully it didn't end up being a true farewell, but if it had I wouldn't have been able to say that they didn't leave me satisfied. Even though they're back, that was still such a special celebration of the band and closing of the original run (even featuring a special set of Panic Stations songs with Claudio). Others (no particular order - I didn't think about it too much but these are shows/sets that were all special to me in some way): 3) Motion City Soundtrack/Say Anything/Saves the Day/Valencia at House of Blues Chicago on Halloween 2010 (first time seeing each of these bands except an MCS acoustic set) 4) Paul McCartney @ Lollapalooza 2015 5) Janelle Monae @ The Chicago Theater 2018 6) System of a Down @ Riot fest 2015 7) All Time Low/The Maine @ The Rave 2018 (Christmas show, amazing ATL setlist, Ho Ho Hopefully from the Maine) 8) Father John Misty @ Riot Fest 2018 9) Paramore sets on Parahoy 2018 (I mean seriously Paramore on the ocean) 10) The Flaming Lips @ Riot Fest 2014 11) The Front Bottoms @ Riot Fest 2014 12) The Front Bottoms @ Metro/House of Blues (back to back nights) 2017 13) Lana Del Rey @ Tinley Park Amphitheater 2015 14) Lana Del Rey @ Aragon Ballroom 2019 15) Lorde Melodrama World Tour @ Allstate Arena 2018 16) Kacey Musgraves @ The Chicago Theater 2019 17) Lady Gaga Enigma Las Vegas Residency 2019 18) Jeff Rosenstock @ Pitchfork Music Fest 2017 19) Taylor Swift Reputation Stadium Tour @ Soldier Field 2018 20) Tierra Whack @ Concord Music Hall 2019 21) The Maine playing "Pioneer" in full @ Bottom Lounge 2011 22) Anderson .Paak @ Northerly Island 2019 23) Every Avenue/The Summer Set/Sparks the Rescue @ Mad Maggies 2010 24) fun. @ Summerfest 2012 25) The Wonder Years/Modern Baseball/Fireworks/Real Friends/Citizen @ House of Blues 2014
Don’t really want to put the effort into making a list but my #1 was pretty easily the final Bomb the Music Industry show.
foo fighters at metro in chicago in 2017 for a lolla after show they went on stage just after 11 pm and played till 230am
Thrice's final farewell show at the Observatory in Santa Ana, CA in 2012. There was no opener. They played 33 songs across 3 sets, and the show was well over 3 hours long. It was easily the best way in which a band could ever go out. Here is the setlist. That all being said, I'm very glad that they're reunited and continue to put out great records backed by terrific live shows.
