Cheddar & Sour Cream forever

 

Crab chips are my favorite. Cheddar and Sour Cream are good, as are salt & vinegar, jalapeno, etc. Potato chips cooked in lard are obviously a grade better than those that aren’t. Plain chips can be amazing. BBQ chips can be really boring. Dill Pickle chips are great too. I like doritos, but never make a point to buy them and wouldn’t care if I never had them again.

I just drafted an email to Cape Cod Chips imploring them to renew production of their limited batch crab seasoned chips.

 

Dear Cape Cod Chips Staff,

I am writing to inform you that enough time has passed. It is time. It is time to bring back arguably the greatest chips you have ever made. I hunger for them. Millions hunger for them. Their flavor, texture, and overall eat-ability is undeniable. The flavor is irreplaceable. Their essence is irresistible. The Honey & Dijon Mustard limited batch chips have served us all very well. They are indeed tasty. The New England Bisque chips are enjoyable, but they are not the best seafood oriented chips that you have produced. You know what I'm talking about. We all know what I am talking about. You hunger for them as well, don't you? It's time for you to pass my message along. It's time to bring back your limited batch Back Bay Crab Seasoned Chips. I know, production must be halted of the other chips which I'm certain are selling reasonably well. But you are depriving me. You are depriving millions. You made the best crab chips. Why do you keep them from us? I do not wish to settle for Utz crap... excuse me, crab chips any longer. I love your other flavors, but you must come to your senses and immediately begin production of your crab chips. If not today, then tomorrow.
