This is all over the place, I'm loving it. "Accidents Happen" is insane, "In Silence" is a major pop bop, "Gather Ye Rosebuds" is... I dunno, but its so great and I wish it was longer than 52 seconds.

I'll need a better listen than one headphone at work for this, but first impression is I love it. Expands on everything I loved on Fist & Palm and then some. I think my favorite moment so far is "The Tower" into "Count Em Down", it's such a great ending.

fist and palm is my favorite album of all time and I have been DYING to hear this

haven't been able to give this a proper listen yet but what I did hear was perfection

 

yeah i got interrupted but i loved the first few songs a lot

 

hot take: this is the band hitting their full potential. This is outstanding and everything i could ask for and more

 

what an album. still love love love the title track. those last four songs... great stretch.

Album just gets better every listen

 

it’s about a gardener who keeps a rose bush alive through the winter. it gets philisophical about the nature of judgement and capitalism.

 

count 'em down is a perfect song.

This is my favorite of the year so far. So good

 

it's becoming increasingly harder to pick out favorites. every song stands so well on it's own that when you put them all together it's otherworldly.

 

came here to say this. i keep coming back to this album and im not even familiar with any of his other stuff. when i try to explore it i just end up reverting back to the rose gardener
