I can’t see an Ari Aster picture stoned it would ruin my life

 

As a new rule if you like this movie you must give mother! another fair chance

 

I’ve never even tried to watch it. Not a big Aronofsky guy.

 

I think I got mother! On first try. It’s the first testament! Lol I’m good

 

This would actually make me less excited.

I love artsy but mother! simply sucks.

 

I'm so unbelievably excited for this and wish it was coming out here this week.

 

Mother! rocks in the craziest way. I was floored leaving the theater (in a “I can’t believe what I just watched” shock) and so many people were disgruntled - it was hilarious.

 

There is no reason to give mother! another try, or a first try if you haven't suffered through it already.

 

I saw mother! in theaters and remember absolutely none of it.

 

I doubt it's like Mother! That film takes place in one setting, this spans like multiple locations

 

yeah also that film is directed by Darren Aronofsky and this film is directed by Ari Aster

 

Big difference tbh

 

I know nothing about this film other than the recent reviews/tweets. It’s making me more excited for it.

The Wrestler is actually really good but it is mostly because of Rourke.

 

I thought everyone saw Requiem at one point or another.
