At first I would've said that I agree this was top heavy, but man, Numb and Heaven may be my two favorites on the album at this point. The final three are pretty strong as well, but towards the middle-to-bottom of my favorites on the album

 

I can't pick a favorite but I can definitely say Trouble and Medication are my two least favorites. Everything else on here is top-tier bayside to me. I'd probably lean Interrobang & Walk it Off as my two favorites right now, but man, that can change any day.

I really like Heaven, but to me, it's the most typical Bayside song (or what I have come to expect Bayside to sound like) and the way Anthony and Shane talked about it on the LSS podcast made it sound like Heaven was really 'out there' but really it's like, the safest Bayide song. I don't mean that in a bad way at all. But it's clear they tried to go heavy and fast with most of the other songs and Heaven seems like it could fit on any of their albums.

 

Medication is possibly my favorite (at least of the non pre-released songs). I really love what Anthony does with a lot of the melodies on here and going places I would not expect it to go (particularly on Trouble)

 

Walk It Off is the least interesting song on here to be, but it’s still fairly middle of the road overall. Favorites are Interrobang, Bury Me, Prayers, Tall, and White Flag.

 

i know that the photos of merchandise are typically enhanced and it doesn't always look the same when you receive it, but i am so disappointed at how dark/dull the galaxy variant came out. wish i went with the other one now, but oh well it's the same songs i guess.

Yeah, in the Utah one, there was one particular band with very few followers, had only posted about the contest 1 time, and got 0 likes/shares on it, and they had over 1,000 votes and were in the lead by a couple hundred votes... so yeah, definitely some shenanigans going on. Not just with them, but a couple other bands in the Utah one. So dumb.

 

Wow. Not even close.

 

Like, i totally expect splatters to look a little different, and some colors to be more subdued, but this feels extreme

 

I had honestly thought based on the picture it would’ve been a translucent orange with black swirl. Oh well.

Still looks cool but yeah not anything like the pic. I’d almost wonder if there was an issue with how it was made.

I still think that galaxy variant looks really cool personally, but yeah, that’s definitely nothing like the picture.

 

I’ve never been a real fan of Bayside outside of a few songs but I dig this.

 

Does it look that drastically different if you hold up the vinyl to a light?
