Bayside Cover Kacey Musgraves

Eh… This just isn’t very good. Sounds like they really rushed it. Vocals are stale, mix isn’t great. A miss for me. Still a fucking great band but a weird choice for a cover even if it is pride month.

 

I kind of feel the opposite, in terms of it’s a nice little random cover to show up, and they obviously had a little motivation for the song cover and graphic.

Bayside and Anthony do acoustic well. If it was an original and they put a long time into crafting a song I want it to sound top notch. Maybe with Rainbow, they just dig the song and wanted to take a shot at it and give something to the fans.

 

Cute but nothing spectacular cover wise
