I guess I don't have any sense what sort of crowd Finch pulls, but these venues feel huge for this tour!
I hope they sell out all of these dates. I'm just going off of seeing them with Thrice in a 1000-cap venue (and Armor For Sleep/The Early November/The Spill Canvas in the same venue), so seeing these 2500-3500-cap spaces just seems like a decent step up from that.
Amazing lineup! Bummer that the only Midwest dates are during the week though. Armor for Sleep is one of the few bands I've never had the chance to see live, and I thought maybe this would be my chance!
Late 30's/early 40 year olds who are increasingly becoming empty nesters with disposable income to waste.
i havent seen AFS since WTDWYAD 10 yr annv tour, but they CRUSHED IT! excited to see them again since i missed em last year
I wish I had infinite money but I don't I missed them last year too and I really wanted to see the Dream to Make Believe tour. I love that album and I love the new album too. At least I get another chance to see them.
yeah they milked WTDWYAD for a 15 and 20 annv tour, i didn't go to since i went to the 10 so yah if i had more $ i would of went to them all!
They haven't done a 20 year tour for it, as it hasn't been out for 20 years. They just did a 20 year tour for Dream to Make Believe
I was surprised by the size of the Boston venue, but I'm happy to hit another show there. I'm all for the Finch renaissance!
I'm not much for legacy band tours, like I have been to plenty of 10yr or 20yr or whatever anniversary shows for an album but it's always bands that are active and still putting out music I enjoy. With that said, I was a huge fan of all of Finch's albums back in the day and was cautiously optimistic to see them last year at Riot Fest. It was awesome. The whole band was in it, they sounded great, and I was blown away by how much of the crowd was singing along. I was really happy to see them.
Bayside getting 23 comments on a chorus thread? I’m really happy about that. Could never get into them but they’re rolling through my city so I feel like I need to just go!
