I had that reaction too with Cult and Vacancy this week - having a renewed appreciation for both. But I've still never come around on Shudder (relative to the rest of their discography which I love so much).
Interesting, they're a band that has never written a bad record imo. They haven't changed too much, which is good and bad. But I love every record they've made.
