Bummed to read this! But that’s fair, he has a very distinct voice. I think he’s great here, personally. (Obviously.)

I took an edible and listened to it in the bath (pun not intended) last night and that was also magical.
This is pretty good, some vocal parts are a bit grating but I could see myself getting used to it. I don't know if I've listen to the project since Cerulean or Obsidian.
Not sure how to make that sense but I got Passion Pit vibes from this and I'm eager to revisiting his older material. I went into this album with totally different expectations style wise. I have vague memories of "Animals" and the hype for his earlier work back in the day, so I thought I'd be welcomed with more wonky electronica, something early 10s sounding. I was pleasantly surprised.
The only baths project I’ve heard—not counting the geotic album from last year—is obsidian, but I am really interested in giving this a spin
This album is sick. I've been playing it a lot over the past few weeks and didn't know that there was a thread for it.
I also wish it hit harder for me. I love the other Baths albums and his Geotic work though, so I can’t complain too much.
