Fuches is the most interesting character on the show and always has been

 

I really hope Albert doesn't die at season end like usual for this show. he's a great character and great actor

 

I got a feeling that the Mayor of Hamsterdam himself Robert Wisdom is going to be one of the coolest characters in this show. Loving that character already. Hope Jim Moss sticks around as a foil for Barry next season.

Notice how he's the only character in the show so far that has been immune to Fuches' manipulation.

 

Just now realizing that Alexander Skarsgard was in Zoolander

 

Sally walking backward into darkness was a cool mirror of Barry walking into the darkness at the end of season 2.

I’m confused how Natalie “stole” Sally’s show? Didn’t the show just get cancelled?

 

I figured that her show was the same plot as Sally's just set in a different city

 

I guess, I kind of had trouble hearing what she was saying in the writers room.

also Barry going to the beach after being poisoned gave me big “Internatonal Assassin” vibes.

Possible that sally had created an outline for that show a while back? I’ve lost details from the first 2 seasons

 

no Sally was being unreasonable because she was hurt that her dream had been crushed because networks suck

 

She took Sally’s show and tailored it to the algorithm so it’ll be successful.

Definitely not the best season for me. I still enjoy it, but definitely less this season. I can't quite put my finger on why, but in a general sense, the comedy and drama aren't meshing and it seems like 2 shows at odds with each other. I also think the plot has moved at lightning speed, especially Sally's arc. We went from show to no show, to new job, to stolen show way quicker than we would have got through that arc last season so it's felt rushed compared to what the show is capable of. I also don't remember a single episode of seasons 1 and 2 where after I wasn't just 'Wow, have you seen this show Barry?!' and there's been a few this season that I have just sort of said 'cool, that was an entertaining half hour, what do I watch next?'.
