It’s definitely shaping up to be the best season so far but we still have 2 episodes to go so it’s a bit early still imo. Always a chance, however infinitesimally small, that they massively screw something up in the next two episodes.
"To be fair, the word I used was traditionally used as a form of kinship between women and is widely used in Europe"
Hated the outcome for Ryan’s dad It made sense for the show but I was really hoping for something …better.
thought the Sally stuff was... kind of bad lmao. at least below par for a show as consistently excellent as this show has been? the shot of her walking back into darkness was pretty cool tho, albeit unsubtle as hell also getting sick of like one minute of NoHo Hank per episode, and I'm not really sure what the Bolivia stuff is meant to be doing. Carrigan is way too fucking good to be benched all the Barry/Gene stuff is still great. was hoping to see Janice on the beach but just seeing Goron and Chris hit like a ton of bricks
Keep in mind seasons 3 & 4 were basically written together — it’s likely that these two seasons are playing the long game and stuff like Hank’s plot might not fully come around until next year
fair point! this season definitely feels like it's building to an absolutely wild s4. I'm just sayin tho a NoHo Hank/Mitch beignets spinoff would not go awry
Another fantastic episode. lol at Hank when he got darted “ok yes I thought that’s what you were doing but didn’t want to be rude.”
The way Albert thought his reveal about being in the military and knowing Barry was him pulling one over on Fuches, having no idea how vulnerable he’d just made himself to a man that has made a living out of manipulating loose canon minds exactly like his was actually kinda sad to me. Fuches knew exactly how to break that guy’s brain and did it the second he could. A monster through and through
Yeah, it was weirdly kinda scary to me haha. It’s wild to say Bill Hader is on a show and is not the runaway best facial expressionist but she might beat him honestly
